Data ownership for hosted accounts

If you are using our hosted service or enterprise services, you will retain ownership over member data, such as post content and profile information.
Data exports are handled by the NodeBB team. User account information can be made available in CSV format, and all other data provided as a MongoDB database dump.
Requests for exports are typically handled within one business day. Contact support@nodebb.org to request a data dump, and please be sure to provide the account name or URL of your forum.
